Our ongoing investment in training & development is paramount in a culture where Health & Safety is the number one priority.
We engage the services of A&B SQE Consultants on a consultancy basis for all of our Health, Safety & Environmental requirements including regular reported site visits as well as meeting the day to day requirements of our clients needs.
We have a commited, loyal and skilled workforce who are focused on delivering to our clients expectations. All operatives have undergone a vast amount of training including but not limited to: CSCS, SVQ Level 2, CPCS, PTS, First Aid, Abrasive Wheels, Confined Spaces, Asbestos Awareness. We continuously assess training requirements and introduce additional and new courses where these are required.
As part of our ongoing investment and commitment to development we are currently working towards PAS:99 an integrated management system encompassing ISO:9001 Quality Management, OHSAS:18001 Health & Safety Management and ISO:14001 Environmental Management. Once this is in place it is our intention to proceed with Achilles certification.
